파트너 유형별 계약서
아래 모든 계약서는 법무 검토가 완료되기 전 초안이며, 최종안이 확정되는 대로 대체됩니다.
Referral Agreement
Covers the Referral partner type: how a registered referral is credited, when a referral fee is earned, and that no exclusivity is implied.
Reseller Agreement
Covers reselling Interactor products on your own paper: invoicing the customer directly, the resale margin schedule, and Interactor's list-price terms.
Solutions Partner Agreement
Covers delivering Interactor Build projects as a certified implementation partner: the delivery model's quality gates, the Build Partner Plan, and revenue-share reporting.
Technology / OEM Agreement
Covers embedding or integrating Interactor's platform into your own product.
Training Partner Agreement
Covers delivering certified Interactor training to customers and the training seat revenue split.
Individual Collective Member Agreement
Covers joining a delivery pod as an individual operator, FDE, or domain expert, and the pod share split.
Mutual NDA
Covers confidential information shared while evaluating or running a partnership, in both directions.

Contracts are scoped to a defined deliverable, not hours worked.
The partner self-determines their own method, time and place of work.
Substitution is allowed: the partner may name a substitute to perform the work.
Payment carries either 3.3% withholding tax, or the partner invoices as a registered sole proprietor.
Instructions flow through the project lead, not day-to-day direction from Interactor.
On-site work is capped at 1–2 days per week.
A moonlighting checklist applies before taking on the engagement.
Public officials are excluded from delivery roles under this arrangement.

파트너 데이터 처리 방식
Partner-program forms (apply, deal registration) post to Interactor's own API — never a third-party form service.
Personal data collected from partners in Korea is handled per PIPA (Korea's Personal Information Protection Act).
파트너와 Interactor가 절대 주장하지 않는 것
Delivered-goal billing is a contract term — never described as "live and proven".
Interactor and its partners never claim to "replace developers".
The platform or a partner's delivery is never described as "enterprise-grade".
The AgentOS Korea engagement is described, never named.
