Partner Program FAQ
The questions a prospective partner asks before applying — every answer below is program-wide; each partner-type page also carries questions specific to that type.
Is my territory exclusive to me?
The program protects registered deals, not whole territories. House accounts are excluded per territory and shown to you at registration time; beyond that, protection comes from registering the specific deal (first valid registration wins), not from a blanket territorial grant.
Two partners are chasing the same account — who wins?
The earlier valid registration does. If a registration expires without closing, the account reopens — including to other partners.
When do I get paid?

What happens if a customer tries to hire one of your Collective members directly?
That's addressed in the member's own Collective Member Agreement, not on this page. Program compensation covers the deliverable-scoped engagement run through Interactor; anything outside that engagement is between the customer and the individual, governed by whatever the signed agreement says.
What will Interactor's own direct sales team do — and not do?
It honours every valid deal registration: while yours is valid, direct sales and other partners don't pursue that account. An account with no valid registration is fair game for direct sales, same as before the program existed.
What currencies does the program pay in?
USD by default. KRW is invoiced through Interactor's own Korea entity, and JPY through Interactor's Japan reseller arrangement.
What languages is the program run in?
English, Korean and Japanese — every page in this section, including the agreements summarized on the Legal page, ships in all three before you ever reach the apply form.
Can I self-host what I sell or deliver?
Build's AGPL self-host option exists, but it depends on Interactor's own hosted services today — it isn't a fully air-gapped deployment. Say so plainly to any customer evaluating it.
What certifications exist, and which one is required?
Sales certification is free, online, and required of every partner at Registered. Build Operator, Build Delivery Lead, AgentOS Builder and Train-the-trainer each gate a specific delivery role instead of being required outright — see the Certification page for which one applies to your type.
Does certification gate deal registration?
No. Certification never gates registration — you can register and start sourcing deals from day one, and certify in parallel.
