By accessing or using Interactor's MCP (Model Context Protocol) server platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Interactor provides a platform for hosting, managing, and connecting MCP servers that enable AI assistants to interact with various tools and data sources. Our Services include:

  • MCP server hosting and management
  • API access and integration tools
  • Analytics and monitoring capabilities
  • Developer documentation and support
  • Marketplace for MCP server solutions

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

9. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Support is provided according to your service level agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms:

  • With 30 days' notice for convenience
  • Immediately for material breach of these Terms
  • Immediately if required by law or regulation

Upon termination, you must cease using our Services, and we may delete your account and data according to our data retention policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Interactor harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

14. Governing Law
