Partner types are what you do; tiers are how well you have done it. Every partner type moves through the same four tiers, and the requirements and privileges below are the same for everyone.

Promotion is automatic, visible and measured
A partner who meets the bar moves up — there is nothing to negotiate to advance.
Automatic
Tier changes apply on their own the moment the bar is met — advancement is never a negotiation.
Visible
Your current tier, and your progress toward the next one, are visible in your partner account at all times.
Measured
Promotion is measured on partner-sourced revenue or completed deliveries — the delivered work itself decides the tier.
