You're matched to a pod on industry, function, your notice-of-work window, the conflict list and your rating; the client picks from a short list of candidates.
Deliver
You deliver a scoped project alongside a project lead and the rest of the pod — never an open-ended, hourly engagement.
Get paid
Paid per completed deliverable, never hourly. Pod share of services revenue: set at agreement, split across the pod's roles.

Built for someone with a day job
Contracts are scoped to a deliverable, never to hours. You set a notice-of-work window your existing commitments can live with, complete a moonlighting checklist at onboarding, and control how much of your employment shows on your public profile — some members list an employer, some don't. You never hold a customer's credentials on your personal accounts; AgentOS's own Auth Manager brokers access for the length of the project.
