What you do

You introduce Interactor to a prospect and register the opportunity. From there, Interactor's own sales and delivery teams own the contract and the work — you're never on the hook for a quote, a delivery date, or a support ticket.

How a deal flows

1

Register

File the opportunity before you pitch it. A registration is valid for 90 days, with 1 renewal.

2

Qualify

Interactor reviews the registration and responds qualified, hold or declined — always with a reason — within 48 hours (24 for Gold and above).

3

Interactor sells & delivers

Interactor's own sales and delivery teams take it from here. You stay out of the contract and out of the build.

4

Get paid

Payout timing: set at agreement. Every payout comes with a statement showing the calculation.

One partner type per registered deal. Pick the type that matches how you're working this specific opportunity — you can hold more than one type over time.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do I do as a referral partner?

Introduce the prospect and register the deal. Interactor's own team handles the pitch, the contract and the delivery — you don't quote, deliver or support anything yourself.

What do I earn, and when?

A referral fee on the first year of subscription or usage revenue, a smaller renewal fee in years two and three, and a fee on any services Interactor delivers into the account — see the table above for the current rate by tier. Payouts follow the timing in "How a deal flows" above.

Do I need to be certified?

Yes — sales certification is free, online, and required before you can register your first deal.

What happens right after I register a deal?

Interactor reviews it and responds qualified, hold or declined with a reason, inside the decision window above.

Can I also resell or deliver the same deal?

No — one partner type applies per registered deal. If you'd rather quote and invoice the customer yourself, register that deal as a reseller instead.

What happens if my registration expires before the deal closes?

The registration lapses after its validity window and one renewal. Once it expires, the account reopens — including to other partners — so renew before it lapses if the deal is still live.

Do I ever get to negotiate the contract myself?

No — that stays with Interactor's sales team. Your job ends at a qualified introduction.
