What you do

You quote, contract and invoice the customer directly, under your own paper — Interactor never appears on the customer's invoice. Delivery comes from Interactor's own team or, once you're certified, from your own delivery team.

How a deal flows

1

File the opportunity before you quote it. A registration is valid for 90 days, with 1 renewal.

2

Qualify

Interactor reviews the registration and responds qualified, hold or declined — always with a reason — within 48 hours (24 for Gold and above).

3

Quote & deliver

You quote, contract and invoice the customer on your own paper. Interactor delivers the work, or your own certified team does, once you're eligible.

4

Settle with Interactor

Settlement terms: set at agreement.

One partner type per registered deal. Pick the type that matches how you're working this specific opportunity — you can hold more than one type over time.

Frequently asked questions

How is reselling different from referring?

A referral partner just introduces the opportunity; Interactor owns the contract. As a reseller, you own the contract — you quote, invoice and collect from the customer yourself, on your own paper.

What's my margin, and does it change by tier?

Yes — margin scales with tier across Build plans, AgentOS usage, Solutions subscriptions, resold services and training seats. See the table above for the current rate by product and tier.

Can a Registered-tier partner resell?

Not yet — resale margin starts at Certified. Registered partners can still register and refer deals while they work toward certification.

Who actually delivers the work I sell?

Interactor's own team, or your own certified delivery team once you qualify — your choice, deal by deal.

What are the payment terms to Interactor?

You invoice and collect from the customer, then remit Interactor's list-minus-margin share on the terms in "How a deal flows" above.

Are all Interactor products resellable?

Most are — Build's Free and Starter plans are the one exception, since they're self-serve only and not offered through the partner program.

What do I need to start reselling?

A signed Reseller Agreement, sales certification, and a named account owner on your side.
