How a deal flows
Scope & agree
Interactor and the customer agree the deliverable specification before work starts — the same specification your team is held to.
Staff the pod
A named delivery lead and certified engineers are assigned; a security reviewer joins for larger pods.
Deliver
Your team delivers inside the customer's own Build organization or AgentOS tenant, under two-person QA and Build's own review-and-CI gates.
Settle & report
You keep all of your own services revenue. Revenue share to Interactor on Build-delivered project revenue: set at agreement, self-reported quarterly with a project-level statement. Audit right: set at agreement.
One partner type per registered deal. Pick the type that matches how you're working this specific opportunity — you can hold more than one type over time.
Built on Interactor's own delivery model
Every project runs as a pod, not a person, in the customer's own Build organization or AgentOS tenant — the customer's workspace and GitHub repository, never a copy of it — and closes only when Interactor's own quality gates (specification agreed up front, two-person QA, review at HEAD, CI green) clear. Read the full model, including pod assembly and the live status board, on the Delivery page.

What can Solutions partners actually deliver?
Build delivery pods, AgentOS assistant builds, and AI assessments — the same services lines Interactor delivers directly, under the same quality gates.
Who owns the workspace during delivery?
The customer does. Every project runs in the customer's own Build organization and GitHub repository, or their own AgentOS tenant — your pod is invited in with seats and leaves the workspace intact when it's done.
What do we pay Interactor on a project we deliver?
A revenue share on Build-delivered project revenue — see the table above — self-reported quarterly with a project-level statement, plus an annual audit right.
Is there a maintenance opportunity after delivery?
Yes — every customer keeps a paid Build plan after delivery, and you may sell a review retainer on top of it. A maintenance contract is always a subscription plus a retainer, never a retainer alone.
Can we also resell the platform contract on a project we deliver?
Yes — if you resell the customer's Build or AgentOS platform contract alongside delivering the project, that portion earns the standard resale margin (see the Reseller page); the services you deliver stay entirely yours.
What certifications do our engineers need?
Build Operator or Build Delivery Lead for delivery roles, AgentOS Builder for AgentOS work, and sales certification program-wide.
Do we need our own Build plan?
Yes — a Build Partner Plan for your own organization, priced separately from the plans you deliver for customers; you bring your own Anthropic key, same as any Build organization.
